Inspired by Mad Max franchise and the African Theater of World War II, these three women are strong, resourceful, and dangerous survivors of the Last War - a decade-long conflict that scorched two-thirds of the Earth and killed hundreds of millions.  The world they live in now is unforgiving and barren. Relentless rival gangs wish to capture the women and sell them into slavery.

The girls have captured two defectors, named Charrollz and Chufue, during a nighttime raid on the enemy. As they escaped, they tripped an alarm and were pursued for three days in small skirmishes as they retreated towards the Pacific.

With their backs up against the shoreline, an arid surrounding desert for miles, and all of their supplies expended, the Sisters of Death pray for support from their allies in the south before a grim fate arrives.

Insurgency Wives is a small tribute to eternal resilience for people around the world.
